Born and raised in North St. Louis County, Julie has lived in Indiana, New York City, Sydney, and now Los Angeles.

She has a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MFA in Fiction Writing from Sarah Lawrence College. She co-wrote St. Lou Haiku with Mary Ladd, which was published by Timberline Press in 2004. She works as an administrative assistant at Google. She plans parties. She would rather her title be Fun Czar.

She once won an awesome dog on a reality show.  He’s an albino stretch Westie, and his name is The Edgar Winter Dog. You can become a fan of him on Facebook.

Love the site Jules – what a cool concept!!! It’s almost back to school time, so I’ll be curious of your cool thoughts for Jello as we begin fall!

I’ve read several just right stuff here. Certainly worth bookmarking for revisiting. I wonder how much effort you put to create this sort of great informative website.
